It was suggested the Sunderland striker could be used in a swap deal in Graham’s move to the Stadium of Light, but Martin O'Neill confirmed today that Wickham is heading nowhere.
The 19-year-old has started just one top flight game this season, and some would question if he offers O’Neill a genuine option from for a first team spot.
But O’Neill is well short of numbers - especially as striking options - and can ill-afford to let any other players go before the summer.
The Sunderland boss said today: "I have made two offers. They are on the table.
"It is up to the two clubs concerned to accept them ... or not.
"But no players are involved in any swap deal."
