Two Days For Signings

Mick McCarthy only has two days left to decide wether to boost his squad or
keep the same side for the promotion run-in. Last week McCarthy hinted at
'trying to strenghthen', before the deadline, wether or not McCarthy can or will, we will have to wait and see.

SunderlandMAD have rounded up some of the possible transfer targets Mick McCarthy might be interested in.

Nicky Forster (Reading) - Out of contract in the summer, powerful and reliable striker.

Darren Carter (Birmingham) - Been at the Stadium Of Light once already, but McCarthy is beleived to be first in line for his signature wether it be on loan.

Jon Stead (Blackburn) - Linked with Sunderland this time last year, picked a £1,000,000 move to Rovers for Premiership football over Sunderland.

David Poole (Man Utd) - Been on trial once already this season, and wouldn't be suprising if Mick made a quick move for the striker.
