Stead deal not dead yet

The Black Cats boss, who had an estimated £1 million bid for the 11-goal striker rejected by the Terriers earlier this week, has said that Stead is a striker he has admired for a while and he hasn't given up hope of signing him yet.

"Talks are on-going," said the Black Cats boss.
