Danny Rose: "It's the first time in a long time I have not wanted the season to finish. It's just a shame there's only three months left - I don't know what will happen after that.
"For the last couple of seasons, it has been very hard for me at Spurs. I have not been playing as much as I want. This is the first time I have actually been given a chance to play week in, week out.
"We played Spurs on December 29, and I spoke to the manager then. I told him I wanted to know what was happening. He said it would be better for my development to play here for a full season.
"I am just grateful that Martin O'Neill has brought me here, trusted me and put me straight into the team against Liverpool in September. I have not looked back since.
"I am grateful that I have had my chance and done well.
"I have enjoyed my football."
