Sunderland AFC have agreed a loan deal for defender Nedum Onuoha, Newcastle, Everton, Villa and Spurs where all chasing the player but he has chosen to come to Wearside.
Onuoha will join the Black Cats on a season long loan with an option to sign him on a full contract at the end of the season.
Surely the arrival of this new defender must see the exit open for the likes of Anton Ferdinand and Matthew Kilgallon.
