Mick McCarthy has revealed that he is still looking to add to his squad as Sunderland look to gain ground on the division one leaders.
With injuries mounting and a busy schedual ahead, bringing in players remains one of Mick's main priorities, but only if the players are capable of playing in the top flight. To sign a player on a perminant basis when only capable of playing in the first division would not be a wise investment.
Mick had this to say "I can still make up to four loan signings or even bring someone in permanently if we find a player we want to do that with, so the options are there.
"I can't put any timescale on it though, we're looking all the time and we just have to see how it works out."
