The opening game will kick off at 3pm on Saturday, 5th August.
A match against West Bromwich Albion at the Stadium of Light was originally scheduled for August 26th. This has now been forwarded to August 28th for television purposes.
Sunderland's closest rivals of the forthcoming season will be Leeds who will play hosts to a game at Elland Road on Tuesday, 12th September, with kick off being 7.45pm. Ironically, the Boxing Day fixture at home, will be against Leeds at 3pm so make sure you're there!
On New Year's Day - Leicester will entertain the Black Cats at the Walkers Stadium from 3pm.
The season draws to a close in London at Luton Town's, Kenilworth Stadium. The match kicks off at 3pm and by the time the ref blows that final whistle, Sunderland should hopefully have regained their Premiership status!
