34-year-old Keane, was forced to hang up his boots at the end of last season on medical terms.
He was team-mates with Niall Quinn during his Republic Of Ireland days and has also had a little scuffle with Quinny during a Man Utd v Sunderland game. He is most famous for his effort, commitment and hard-man exterior or even perhaps his big bust-up with former Sunderland chief Mick McCarthy!
