Keane Astonished By Reid Publicity

The Black Cats midfielder has not been selected by Giovanni Trapattoni for the international friendly against Poland in Dublin next week and Keane is urging Reid to prove the new Ireland manager wrong in leaving him out.

'What's the big deal? It's the manager's choice, and the manager has got more experience than we will ever dream of," the Black Cats boss has said.

"If he thinks Reidy is not in his plans at this moment in time, then that's a challenge to Reidy.

"That's all it is, it's a challenge to him."
