The 25-year-old made the drop from Premier League Sunderland to Championship Cardiff in the hope of firing the South Wales side into the top flight for the first time since 1961.
Fraizer Campbell: “This team is doing really well and the moment and I’m not sure they need any new players.
“But I am looking to give them that extra push to get them promoted.
“Meeting up with the boys in Dubai was great. I still feel like I’m settling in and getting to know all the lads but I am looking forward to playing some football and scoring some goals.
“My decision to come here was all about the manager. He is well respected by all of the players here and that will stand us all in good stead.
“This is a top team with a top manager and in six months time we have to be in the Premier League.”
