Djibril Cisse's latest comments couldn't be any clearer on the French strikers intensions of staying on at Sunderland AFC once his loan deal is complete.
Cisse said, "Sunderland helped me by giving me the chance to play in the Premiership again and if they want to sign me, I will come."
"For the moment I am here and I will wait and see whether the club wants to make a proposal, but it's still early days."
"It's probably not the right time to talk about it with the club at the moment."
"It all depends on my performances. But if I play well and score a lot of goals, then why not?"
It has been suggested that there is a fee in place with Marseille on Cisses arrival at the club, somewhere in the region of 8 to 12 million pounds, it is down to Sunderland and Cisse to agree terms.
