Cardiff City have requested to re-loan striker Michael Chopra

Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale has made the request to Sunderland chairman Niall Quinn, to allow Chopra to finish the season on loan at Ninian Park. Michael Chopra's loan deal finished on the 29th December and returned to the Stadium of Light under new manager Ricky Sbragia. Both Peter Ridsdale and Cardiff manager Dave Jones believe that Chopra has the fire power they need to help in there push for promotion.
