Black Cats Sign Blackburn Striker

The 22-year-old former Huddersfield Town forward has signed for a fee of £1.8 million and has penned a four year deal at The Stadium of Light.

"I'm thrilled to have Jonathan on board. He's an England Under-21 international and he has scored goals in the Premier League, so he's a great signing for us," Sunderland manager McCarthy told the clubs official website.
