The striker who had been on-loan with Derby County was expected to make the switch to Pride Park permanent with Lewin Nyatanga coming the other way. That hasn't happened and he's signed for Neil Warnock's Blades for £750,000 - not bad for a player that managed 1 goal last season and only 3 goals in a long loan spell at Derby.
