The 23-year-old says he has enjoyed being part of a dressing room which is focused and is beginning to believe in itself.
Marcos Alonso: “We have to enjoy the moment at Fulham for what it was – another great victory for us.
“We got what we’ve missed out on in the last few games, where I understand we played very well without getting the right result.
“This time we managed to get the three points from a good performance, so I’m pleased.
“I’ve played twice and had two wins and I cannot complain – it could not be better to be honest.
“I think being off the bottom is a good thing and I’m happy about that, but we don’t have to look at that side of things too much.
“We just have to keep focused on playing the way we are and I’m sure results will keep on coming and we will get out of the relegation zone, which is something we really need.
“Our position did not look good but it has improved and we have to not worry so much about where we are at, as think about where we might get to.
“We just need to keep going, keep fighting and keep improving confidence.
“You never know about a permanent move. But obviously we have to stay in the Premier League.
"I have three more years left on my contract in Italy, but I am really enjoying my time here. We’ll see what happens.”
